Obituary of Troy Valentino

Passed away on May 4, 2024, beloved son of Shirley (nee Buchta) Ferraro and stepson of James “Jamie” Ferraro, son of Michael Valentino, loving grandson of Konrad Buchta and the late Hildegard Buchta and Joyce (Paul) Gerace and the late Joseph Valentino, also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Friends and family may call on Wednesday May 8th from 2-4:00 pm to 7-8:30 pm at the JAMES W. CANNAN FUNERAL HOME, INC. 3155 Orchard Park Road where a funeral service will follow at 8:30 pm. In lieu of flowers donate to Buffalo River Keepers. Troy was a fun-loving, caring son. He was empathetic in his personal and work life and always took care of everyone else. Troy enjoyed pranking his family and friends. His laughter was infectious. These last few years he became quite the gardener and enjoyed making hot sauce with produce he grew, with dear friends. He had a bigger-than-life personality and so will leave many with fond memories. . . roller blading, skateboarding, games, hacky sacking, camping, collecting firewood, fires, hiking, gardening, joking, and much more.
