I had the pleasure of working with Troy at the DDSO. Troy was an extremely kind and caring person. Troy truly cared for the individuals he cared for. He was patient and kind to everyone he came in contact with. My heart breaks for his family and for everyone who called him friend. I'm sure heaven will welcome him with open arms he was already an angel to us

My heart is broken at this news. I worked with Troy at Millersport Day Hab. He was a joy to be around; always smiling and very kind and attentive with the folks that attended. Troy was a special soul and I am grateful I had the opportunity to know him.

I was blessed to have worked alongside Troy at the DDSO. I remember him as a kind,caring and funny young man. He was a wonderful young man. My condolences to his family and friends. May you rest in Heavenly Peace Troy.
