I knew Mr. Stenzel as my friend Tom's Dad in my teenage years. I will always remember how active he was, and thought it was crazy to see such an old guy jumping rope out on the back porch behind the garage with a sponge rubber banded to his forehead. All the neighborhood guys had something to joke about with him, and he took some time to get to know us all pretty well. He was a hard worker, and was always busy from what I knew. He took care of his family in an old fashioned way, with hard work, dedication and some necessary hollering. The world lost a great man. My heart is with your family. - Dean Stresing
