I will miss Kurt so very much. He was always a ray of sunshine, a breath of fresh air. He could keep you spellbound when sharing a story with his deep, rich voice. He genuinely cared for each person he was with. Christmastime was especially his favorite time of the year, collecting ornament gifts from far and near. Sending love to Linda and Evan. Aunt Cindy

For many years, Kurt was an active member of the Bisons Booster Club and once he welcomed me into your home to see all of his baseball collectibles. For his humor and for his generosity to others, I give thanks and send my deepest sympathies to his entire family. You are in your prayers as you grieve your loss and celebrate his life.

I am very saddened at the news of Kurt's passing. He was my ins. agent for many years through the 80's. I remember him as being a very nice guy and very honest in his dealings with clients. He will be missed.

I am so deeply saddened of know that Kurt has died. I have been lucky to be a part of the work family and welcomed in to the whole family 17 years ago. I feel very privileged to be part of both. When I first moved here it was a new world and pretty darn overwhelming, Meeting Kurt and his world made it not so daunting. I will be forever grateful for the time we all had with Kurt being a part of our world. Peace and love to the family.

Still shocked as we just finished work and Karen happened to look at her phone and said No that can’t be Kurt. I checked mine but I had no info about his passing...Still complete sadness as we have lost a gentle Giant of a Man! You see I have known Kurt since the 70’s when his office was on the East side. He was always there to help anyone out with any problems or to help with running raffles or donations for those who are dealt with illness and sometimes those who have even passed on. You see my son Greg II is one of those that Kurt took a liking to and has done a lot for him. God Bless You Kurt!

Kurt was always so happy and full of life despite his health issues. When you were in his circle of friends you knew that he was just speaking just to you and you had his full attention. He made you feel special because he was a special! We will all miss him. I like to think he is watching the angels play baseball and looking for Babe Ruth to get his signature. May God bless him and keep him forever.

Kurt was someone I was proud to call a friend, a great golf partner, story teller and connoisseur of all food. But most of all he had a wonderful spirit and huge heart demonstrated by all of the things he did for the Matthew Foster Foundation. His donations and support had a big effect on who we are now and allowed us to assist so many WNY families battling childhood cancer. He will be missed in many ways and the foundation will never be the same without him. Now I finally get to say, Thank You Kurt.
