Friends may call Monday, August 15th, 2016 from 2-7:00 PM at the JAMES W. CANNAN FUNERAL HOME, INC. (Southtowns Chapel), 3155 Orchard Park Road, where a funeral service will follow at 7:00 PM. Gary was a U.S. Navy veteran and a retired Lt. Erie County Sheriff's Dept. and in charge of the accident investigation unit.
