We are so sad to hear of the news of my dear aunt. I remember a great conversation just a couple of years ago regarding gnocchi!! We were discussing a recipe on making them. I couldn't describe the anxiety I had in sharing how I made my own! I kept looking at her for her approval!! She inspired me to cook! When I make the gnocchi to this day I ALWAYS think of her! That's what family is all about. Her passion and love through her cooking is something I will always try to pass on. I am so happy that she can now spend her time looking down on those she loved and yakking away with Carla!! Our prayers are with you Paula for your loss. The energy and effort you you have given has not been lost.
