Obituary of Carol A. Stenzel

Passed away December 16, 2024 Beloved wife of 64 years to the late Edwin Stenzel; dear mother of Joseph (Donna), Edwin Jr. (Gale), Debra, Arthur (Amanda), David (Jackie), Thomas (Penny) and Frederick (Jenny) Stenzel; loving grandmother of 15 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren; sister of the late Robert (late Tosh), late Mary (late William) Barrett, late William (Frances) and late Gerald (Cheri) Nosbisch. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends may call Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m., at the JAMES W. CANNAN FUNERAL HOME INC., 3155 Orchard Park Rd., 716-675-9027. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday at 10:15 a.m.,at St. Gabriel’s Church. Please assemble at church. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Disabled American Veterans at DAV.org. Mrs.Stenzel was a member of the West Seneca Art Society. She was an avid baker who baked over 2000 Christmas cookies every year. She took part in many craft shows and was known for her sewing, painting and baking. She and her late husband were Buffalo Sabres season ticket holders since their inception and won Fan of the Year in 2013, along with her husband
