Daughter of the late Spencer and Adeline (Phillips) Black, sister of Robert (late Sally) Black, Spencer (late Mae) Black, late Diane (late David) Prenatt, Beverly (late Ron) Earle, James (Diane) Black, Gail Proctor, Joseph (Donna) Black and John (Tracy) Black, also loved by many nieces and nephews. Friends and family may call on Thursday from 2:00 - 4:00 pm and 6:00 - 8:00 pm at the JAMES W. CANNAN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 3155 Orchard Park Road in Orchard Park where a funeral service will be held on Friday at 10:00AM. Instead of flowers, to honor her she asked everyone to VOTE.
