Obituary of David M. Huller

HULLER, David M., passed away on November 2, 2023, beloved son of the late - Berton 'Bert' and Marie (Muhlbauer) Huller, dear brother of Bonnie (Greg) Andol, Sandy (Andy) Brind'Amour, Jon (Cheryl) Huller and Gregg (Brandi) Huller. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Family and friends may call on Monday from 4:00 - 8:00pm at the JAMES W. CANNAN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 3155 Orchard Park Road in Orchard Park, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10:00am at St. John Vianney Church (please assemble at church) The interment will follow the Mass at Hillcrest Cemetery. Dave grew up in West Seneca and graduated from the Orchard Park High School in 1986. He began his Army career in 1986 as an M203 gunner (M16 Grenade Launcher) and later to a squad automatic weapon. He spent time in Panama as the U.S. prepared for operation Just Cause. His tour ended just weeks before troops took over Panama. Dave entered the New York State Police Academy in October of 2000 and began his law enforcement career in Troop F downstate . He then was stationed in Troop C before returning home to Troop A in Jamestown, NY. David spent several years at Collins, NY before ending his 20 year career of service in Boston, NY. He received several commendations during his career. He enjoyed golfing, bowling, fishing and shooting. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to the Erie County S.P.C.A.
