My sincere condolences go out to the Regan family
and to his many friends. Tim and I worked together at US Customs & Immigration. He was a true professional and a walking encyclopedia. Tim was always willing to help answer any questions his fellow workers had. I apologize for not being able to attend Tim's service. My 99 year old dad has come down with covid. I visited him at the VA hospital the last few days, and now I have covid. Tim and all the family will be in my prayers. Rest in peace, Tim.
